Photo – LA to Las Vegas
After moving all of my non-road trip essential personal belongings into a storage locker – I jumped into the van and headed for Las Vegas, Nevada. Vegas is about 4 and a half hours from my spot in Los Angeles. In a 1974 VW van making 35 horsepower, it took about 5 and a half. Not bad all things considered. It ran great!
Throttle pinned and drumming the wheel – thanks to some Memphis Car Audio speakers. One of my favorite driving songs is Black Rebel Motorcycle Club’s Stop. With my ipod on shuffle, some trail mix courtesy of K2 Forma – our design company, and some cool air – the trip was nice.
Josh and I will be shooting this weekend at Vegas Drift at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. If you drive, sign up, and attend. If you have never seen a drift event, come watch!

Hey Will, don’t know if we were ever actually introduced at FD LB. Have a great year jumping out there and putting it together. Make sure to sleep and get your shots no matter what, (safety considered of course).
